It’s commonly used as an accompaniment for meat dishes (it goes perfectly with our vegan Choripán recipe) but also adds something different to a salad, on a sandwich or topped over some vegan nachos!

This simple, fresh and zesty tomato salsa recipe is ready in just 5 minutes! Salsa Criolla is a South American salsa popular in Argentina, Peru, Colombia and Uruguay.

Ingredients
- 1/2 red onion finely diced
- 1 big tomato seeded and finely diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper seeded and finely diced
- 1/8 tsp fresh parlsey finely chopped
- 1/4 olive oil extra virgin
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the onion, tomato and pepper.

Add the olive oil, parsley, red wine vinegar and seasoning. Mix well.
