Ingredients
- 4 cups pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

In a large, wide saucepan, add all ingredients and heat up on medium high until the sugar dissolves and the is simmering. Reduce the heat just enough to maintain a simmer.

Now the waiting game. Simmer for 1 hour, or until the juice has developed a syrupy consistency, and has reduced to around 1 and 1/4 cups.

Remove from heat. Once cool, pour into a jar and store chilled in the fridge. Done!
