Hi – we’re Matt & Steph aka Planet Vegans, two foodies obsessed with cooking plant-based cuisine from all around the world, making it look pretty and telling you how we made it.
Our vegan food blog was born with our desire to veganise pretty much any dish possible, so we’ve set ourself the challenge of veganising national dishes, family favourites and classics from every country in the world.
That means you’re going to stumble across many interesting mock-meat/seitan dishes that will emulate the “real thing” – which we realise isn’t to everybody’s taste, so we’ll also be balancing it out with a range of healthy gluten-free recipes to choose from also.
We’re also keen to get your feedback so please do leave comments (nice or nasty, we can take it) on our recipes and we’ll reply when we haven’t either got a mouth full of food or embracing a kitchen disaster (the latter is more likely).
